De Artisan jewellery comes with a 3-month manufacturing warranty, covering normal wear under regular use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, impact, snagging, or misuse.

After the initial warranty period, De Artisan continues to care for your jewellery throughout its lifetime.

In cases of significant damage, including but not limited to stone loss, structural damage, or severe impact, our team will carefully assess the piece and provide a repair quotation for approval before proceeding.

We offer complimentary polishing and general surface care once per year for the lifetime of the piece,

for normal wear such as fine scratches or loss of surface shine.

This service does not include major structural repairs or stone replacement.

As our jewellery is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we offer a lifetime buyback and upgrade program

1. Lifetime Buyback

All designs are eligible for 50% buyback, applicable to the jewellery piece itself

Certified center diamonds of 0.20ct and above are not eligible for buyback. These diamonds may be kept by you or reused in a new design.

2. Upgrade Program

First upgrade: valued at 100% of the original purchase price, with no wear deduction.

Subsequent upgrades: valued at 75% of the original purchase price.

3. Design Changes Without Upgrade

For design changes such as changing metal colour or modifying the design without upgrading, a 25% modification fee will apply.

If an order is cancelled after a deposit has been paid, De Artisan will refund 50% of the deposit.

De Artisan offers complimentary resizing for “The One ring” without diamonds, using the original ring whenever possible. There is no size limit for adjustment.

For designs that include diamonds, resizing may require closing and re-engraving existing details, or in some cases, remaking the ring entirely.

De Artisan will assess each piece individually and provide a quotation before proceeding.

For other designs that are not plain bands, resizing fees apply.

The cost depends on the gold or platinum price at the time of resizing. As precious metal prices fluctuate, we are unable to provide a fixed rate.

All resizing requests will be assessed and quoted accordingly.
